This innovative company offers at-home professional blood testing services to anyone in the UK. It is designed to help people pick up undiagnosed medical conditions, monitor their health and gain valuable insights over time, all from the comfort of their homes. Explore My Health is a convenient and cost-effective option for individuals who wish to check their health without visiting a clinic.
We are introducing this service to our patients because we believe it fills a gap in accessible healthcare. While we know our in-surgery testing offers a more personalised and medically guided approach, we hope this new venture will make insightful blood testing accessible to all, whether for personal testing or for businesses thinking about the long-term health of their employees.

Our at-home testing options fit seamlessly into people’s busy schedules. Choose between simple at-home tests or, for more comprehensive blood profiles, a healthcare professional will take a blood sample at your home, your workplace or a local clinic.
How it works

Select from our extensive range of tests, all carefully curated by us. - Sample Collection:
Take the test at home with a finger-prick or swab test or have a home visit from a professional to collect a blood sample. - View Results:
All results are securely loaded into the Explore My Health app, complete with personalised comments and clinical guidance. The app will then allow users to track their health data over time, with easy to interpret graphs. - Take Action:
Implement recommended changes or seek further support from the person’s own doctor or one of our experienced team at the surgery.
Easy access to results
Our easy-to-use app dashboard provides a clear and accurate picture of your health. With graphical representations of your biomarkers and detailed feedback from our GPs, you can easily track your health and make informed decisions.
Important to know
Separate from your surgery records
Explore My Health is a separate entity from The Sloane Street Surgery and operates independently. Results will not be automatically linked to our patient’s medical records at the practice and the interpreting doctor will not have access to patient records at the surgery.
Great for friends, family & businesses nationwide
Explore My Health is available to anyone in the UK, making it ideal for those outside London. We also offer workplace testing for businesses looking to take a proactive approach to staff health.
