“I believe modern medicine is a partnership, combining sound clinical knowledge with personalised care so that every patient feels heard, understood and supported.”

I studied medicine at King’s College London, graduating in 2013 with an MBBS alongside a BSc in Global Health. Before training as a GP in Hampshire, I completed Core Anaesthetic Training in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery and became a Member of the Royal College of Anaesthetists in 2021. This background in anaesthetics has significantly shaped my capabilities as a GP, providing me with a highly systematic approach to complex clinical assessments and a strong, confident foundation in managing acute medical conditions.

I currently divide my time between NHS and private practice in Hampshire, and have previously practiced as a GP in Wiltshire. I enjoy the breadth and variety of general practice, caring for individuals and families at every stage of life. From acute illness through to preventative healthcare and comprehensive health assessments, I value building long-term relationships with my patients and supporting their health over time.

I am passionate about providing personalised, patient-centred care and believe in taking the time to understand each person’s individual circumstances. I have particular interests in men’s physical and mental health and lifestyle medicine, and I am currently completing a Lifestyle Medicine Certificate to further integrate evidence-based lifestyle approaches into my practice.

Alongside my clinical work, I am interested in the responsible use of artificial intelligence in healthcare. I hold an AI in Healthcare certificate from MIT and contribute to an NHS Health Innovation Network initiative, focusing on how technology can safely support clinicians while ensuring the doctor-patient relationship remains at the heart of good medical care.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife, who is also a GP, and our children, usually trying to keep up with them on the sports field. I love being outdoors, whether gardening in the Test Valley, playing tennis, cycling or travelling. I also enjoy listening to history podcasts, particularly before visiting new cities.
