Why is The Sloane Street Surgery moving?

The Sloane Street Surgery will shortly be relocating to new premises at 64 Sloane Street in Chelsea, a 2-minte walk from our current location.

The new building allows us to occupy the entire premises, providing enhanced consulting facilities and a more comfortable environment for patients, while supporting the continued growth of our clinical team.

When will the move take place?

From Tuesday 26 May 2026, all patients will be seen at the new surgery

Until then, appointments will continue to take place at our current premises as usual.

No. Our doctors, services and contact details remain exactly the same.

The move simply allows us to provide improved consulting facilities while continuing to deliver the high standard of care our patients expect.

What happens to appointments around the move?

Appointments before 26 May 2026 will take place at our current premises.

Appointments from 26 May onwards will take place at our new premises at 64 Sloane Street.

Do I need to do anything because of the move?

No. Your registration and medical records remain unchanged. The only thing to note is the new address for appointments from 26 May 2026.

Is the new surgery far from the current location?

No. The new premises are a 2-minute walk along Sloane Street from our current surgery.
